My wife had been looking for homes for a friend of ours, and came across a couple of mountain homes that caught her eye that fell into our someday category. She immediately contacted Trish just to see if we could have a look and within 20 minutes Trish had us scheduled for a showing. The next day we walked through the home and with the views it had my wife fell in love. We put in an offer and apparently we weren’t the only ones that knew what a great home it would be. With that being said Trish immediately started looking for more homes in the area with the same criteria. Trish working with my wife found 3 more homes and scheduled showings. After walking through the 3 homes we were still leaning towards the very first one.
